Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings and deposits

• Your shoot date is confirmed once your deposit has cleared in our account.
• For one-off films, wedding films and bespoke projects, the deposit is 50% of the agreed fee. It is non-refundable and is deducted from your final invoice.
• Starter videos are paid in full at the time of booking.
• Monthly partnerships are secured with the first month's fee paid in advance. After that, months are billed in advance.

2. Quotes and scope

• Quotes are based on the brief you give us and the scope agreed at the time.
• If the brief or scope changes before or during a shoot, we will agree any additional charges with you first.

3. Balance and delivery

• The final balance is due before your finished film is delivered.
• We reserve the right to withhold final files until all amounts owed are paid in full.

4. Rescheduling

• Give us at least 14 days' notice and we will move your booking at no charge, subject to availability.
• Inside 14 days, we will do our best to rebook you. The deposit may be retained and applied to a new date once.

5. Cancellation

• If you cancel 7 days or more before the shoot, you pay the 50% deposit only.
• If you cancel within 7 days of the shoot, you pay 75% of the agreed fee (the deposit plus 25%).
• If you cancel on the day of the shoot, the full fee is payable.
• If we have to cancel for reasons on our side (for example, illness or an emergency), we will offer you a new date first. If we cannot rebook to your satisfaction, we will refund everything you have paid in full.

6. Revisions

• Each film includes two rounds of revisions unless we agree otherwise.
• Further changes are charged at our standard day rate, quoted in advance.

7. Weather and access

• For exterior and aerial work, we will reschedule around poor weather at no extra charge where practical.
• You are responsible for arranging access to locations and for any permissions or licences needed to film there.

8. Rights and usage

• Once payment is complete, you receive a licence to use the finished film for your business, including your website, social media and paid advertising where applicable.
• We retain the raw footage and the copyright in all material. We may use finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

9. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the project concerned.
• We hold public liability insurance. Ask us if you would like to see the certificate.

10. Confidentiality

We treat information you tell us is confidential as confidential, and we do not share it except as required by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
